Weather Card Widget
The Weather Card is an all-in-one widget for current conditions and future forecasts.
Description
Section titled “Description”This premium widget combines the current status (large icon + temperature) with a horizontal scrollable forecast strip. It connects to the dashboard’s weather engine (e.g., OpenMeteo) rather than just a single sensor entity.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Current View: Large, clear icon for current conditions (Sunny, Rainy, etc.), plus Temp and High/Low.
- Forecast Strip:
- Daily: 5-day view with icons and High/Low temps.
- Hourly: 12-hour view to see the progression of the day.
- Icon Sets: Supports custom icon packs to match your dashboard’s theme.
- Rich Data: Uses data like precipitation probability and “Is Day” (Day/Night) to show accurate visuals.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”Weather Source
Section titled “Weather Source”- Location: Select a configured location (set up in App Settings).
- Forecast Mode: Switch between ‘Daily’ or ‘Hourly’ strips.
Visuals
Section titled “Visuals”- Icons: Choose a Weather Icon Set.
- Layout: Offset the current view (X/Y) to position it perfectly against a custom background image.
- Colors: Customize text colors for descriptions, temperatures, and forecast labels.
