Media Player Widget
The Media Player Widget is a complete controller for your audio/video devices.
Description
Section titled “Description”A rich interface for media_player entities (Sonos, Spotify, Chromecast, Apple TV). It displays artwork, track info, and playback controls.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Artwork Background: Automatically extracts colors from the album art to create a beautiful, matching background gradient.
- Controls: Play/Pause, Next/Prev, Stop, Volume Slider, and Mute.
- Metadata: Displays Title, Artist, Album, and Playback Status.
- Progress Bar: Shows current track position (if supported).
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”- Entity: The media player to control.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”- Background: Toggle the dynamic artwork background or use a static color/transparency.
- Layout: Choose which controls to show or hide for a cleaner look.
Use Cases
