The Sunrise / Sunset Widget visualizes the sun’s position and daylight cycle.
Description
Section titled “Description”A beautiful graphical arc showing the sun traveling across the sky. It helps you visualize where you are in the day, how much daylight remains, or the moon’s phase at night.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Day/Night Cycle:
- Day: Yellow sun arc, tracking progress from sunrise to sunset.
- Night: Blue moon arc, tracking progress from sunset to sunrise.
- Infos: Displays the exact time for the next Sunrise and Sunset.
- Visuals: Animated Sun/Moon icons move along the path in real-time.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”- Entity: Requires the
sun.sunentity (standard in Home Assistant).
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”- Colors: Customize the Sun Path (Yellow), Moon Path (Blue), Horizon line, and Text.
- Style:
- Full Arc: Fills the area under the curve with color.
- Line Only: A minimal, thin stroke path.
- Typography: Adjust font sizes for the time labels.
