Radial Progress Widget
The Radial Progress Widget (or Ring Graph) displays a value as a filled percent of a circle.
Description
Section titled “Description”Similar to a Gauge but cleaner and more modern, the Radial Progress widget uses a solid ring to indicate percentage. It’s often used for “closing the rings” style activity tracking or simple percentage metrics.
Key Features
Section titled “Key Features”- Progress Ring: The ring fills up clockwise based on the value.
- Track: A background ring showing the empty portion.
- Coloring: The active ring color can change based on the value (e.g., turning red when full).
- Caps: Rounded line caps for a polished look.
- Center Text: Clean display of the alphanumeric value and unit in the center.
Configuration
Section titled “Configuration”- Entity: Numeric sensor.
- Range: Min (0%) and Max (100%) values.
Appearance
Section titled “Appearance”- Colors:
- Progress Color: The filled part.
- Track Color: The empty part.
- Thickness: Stroke width (thickness of the line).
- Text: Customize the center label font and color.
Use Cases
Section titled “Use Cases”- Battery Levels: Clean 0-100% ring.
- Daily Goals: Water intake, activity steps.
- Dimmer Status: Light brightness %.
